THE WINE:
This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon sourced from Atlantic Ocean-cooled hillside sites composed of clay and limestone. It’s bright and juicy, with intense asparagus, green bean, green apple and pear, plus a distinct salinity to the mineral notes. Pair this fresh, mouth-watering wine with grilled salmon dressed with rosemary and thyme, or a green-bean salad topped with goat cheese.

REVIEWS:
